How to copy and paste a document from a file to email
I have written this article because this issue, even though it seems simple can be very confusing. When you think about this you can easily say, all you have to do is attach it and that’s it. Well some of us, like me, have a hard time doing this specially if you use Yahoo mail. When you try to attach a file it takes either a few hours or keeps uploading and never finishes. I am not sure what the deal is but this happens very often, it must be Yahoo’s popularity. Now, back to attaching a file there are two ways you can accomplish the above goal. The first one is attaching it, you go to your email click on the “new” button to send an email. You will then see an attach button, in Yahoo it’s a small paper click. You then get directed to your files and all you have to do is select the one you want, then you press upload. This is written for those with a Yahoo account but should work for every other mail program. If for some reason this does not work, try this simple solution. If the file is the only thing you are going to send anyway copy and paste it. Highlight the whole document and right click copy then go to your email and right click paste. I hope this helps unless it’s a more specific problem in that case give me your details and leave me a message .
