Installing one Vista on 2 computers

Published by psynopsis under Tech support Edit This

Are you wondering if you can install the same OS (operating system) into two or more computers? Well the answer is no. Well not legally anyway, you can install the same OS again if you lose the one already installed in your computer. That’s part of the license agreement: You may uninstall the software and install it on another device for your use. You may not do so to share this license between devices.Microsoft has the OS registered on your PC already and if you install the same one again they will notice. I tried it before but what i did was, i installed one on the PC i use to get online and on the other one i installed it never gets connected to the internet. You can try installing Vista or any other OS to a computer that gets online but Microsoft might notice (notice i said Might “)) if they find out your OS might stop working after a few days. Most of the time it won’t work because after a few weeks after releasing Vista, they implemented some code or special instruction in the Disc that only allows a one time install. It let’s you install the OS in the computer it was fist installed on as many times as you want but not on a different PC unless it was uninstalled first.
