SJA Alerts on phone Bill!!
Hi there all you avid, phone users! I wanted to share with you all something that has happened to me. I currently have sprint as my phone carrier, i know it sucks. I am hoping to make the switch as soon as my contract ends, but anyway i would like to warn you about SJA. As you may not know SJA is a text message provider, that enables text messaging on your phone. You usually sign up with that service when you sign the contract on your phone through Sprint or other mobile phone carriers, perhaps. I got billed an extra 9.99 dollars for some kind of alerts sent by SJA. I visited their website and found that they have a special section for refunds. I guess this is not unusual, amazing how many companies now rely on, stealing to get a bailout from this economic struggle. You can contact them if you want your refund. You send them your name, address and phone number. I have sent for mine they said it takes about 2 weeks to receive it. I am also hoping for an email from them, if they don’t send one, i will have to contact Sprint and see what they can do. Although, i don’t have high hopes Sprint will be of any help as SJA is a different company. I will post what the results of this dilemma are, remember always check your bills thoroughly and statements specially at this time.
Well let me tell you now sprint will not be any help to you,i went to sprint first about my extra charge of $19.99 a month and they did nothing!!! couldn’t tell where or what the charges was for just the day i got charged like i didn’t already know………..good luck with your charges im trying to get rid of mine
The SJA did send me a check after sending more emails, I probably got their inbox full. Any way a month later I got another 9.99 charge!! So I just told Sprint to remove my text messaging feature. Sprint sucks!! Thank you for your comment Brandi!
