Did you ever imagined that one day we would be drinking our air? Well, we are or at least soon. Originally meant to solve the world’s demands for clean water, Air2Water created Dolphin 2/Dragonfly a machine that at first sight looks like an ordinary water dispenser but if you if you look at it more closely you will see that it has no water bottle. The water dispenser gets it’s water from the air by condensing the humidity. The air is filtered with advanced filtration systems, there is no bacteria or chemicals. You can choose to connect it to the tap and have it filtered or simply get it out of the air. The device dependability is affected by the humidity in the air, although this has not been a problem as air always has water in it. WaterMill also has created their own air to water system, it is smaller than the dolphin 2 and those do have the form of a water dispenser. Their price is not cheap but in the future their makers hope to make it available to all. I don’t know why this technology had not been available sooner. But hey this is cleaner and wastes less energy than regular dispensers. These devices might be useful for those who get very little water, or during droughts!
