I was reading an article on the web, about a proposal for a new internet. As you may already know that the internet was created for research and military purposes. Well, soon after that it expanded and became open to the public and became the place where we all hang out. The internet after some time got infected with viruses, worms, and Trojan horses due to some nerds with nothing else to do. So, since the current internet became unsafe, one suggestion appeared. Make a new internet, what else? The new internet has already has already been created and is being tested in some universities, this is just like how the one we use today started. The new internet, will be safer except you will have to give up certain privacy. I don’t know how that will work, will you have to use your social security to use it or birth certificates, our DNA? They are still going to decide that, i guess, but they are going to use something to keep us “safe”. The old internet may be available but it will probably become a dark alley. Microsoft’s and Macintosh’s new operating systems can support the new program, so most of us should be able to integrate with the program without any problems. This is similar to the change to DTV, but remember this will probably not occur very soon but it’s on it’s way.
